As one aspect of the City Vision of Hiroshima as an "International City of Peace and Culture", the City of Hiroshima aims to bring people from around the world together, promote the exchange of ideas and create a city open to the outside world. The leading role in this process of city development is shared by each and every citizen of our city. @With the purpose in mind of promoting the development of Hiroshima as an International City of Peace and Culture, we carry out various international exchange and cooperation projects in conjunction with citizens and offer positive support for the activities of various different bodies.
