Any materials contained on a Learning CD are licensed to you, subject to these Terms, on a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Learning CD on a single dedicated computer. Your rights to use the programs and other materials included on the Learning CD may also be governed by separate agreements distributed with the Learning Disc and in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and such other separate agreements, the separate agreements will govern. You shall not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, merge, modify, create derivative works of, or translate the material on any Learning CD or use the material on the Learning CD for any commercial purpose. You agree and certify that neither the Learning CD nor the material it contains will not be exported outside the United States except as authorized and as permitted by the laws and regulations of the United States. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with a Learning CD, you can return your item in its original condition for a refund within 30 days after we ship it to you.
